The first time I stepped onto a yoga mat, something shifted. I left that class feeling lighter, stronger, and quietly empowered—like I had unlocked something I didn’t even know I was searching for.
At 22, that curiosity took me to India to study yoga at its source. What started as a curiosity became a lifelong study in mastering the mind, creative energy, and self-trust.
Now, after more than a decade working with the body and mind, I bring together yoga, psychology, somatic work, and coaching to help people move through inner resistance, build resilience, and bring their most meaningful ideas into the world.
