The first time I stepped onto a yoga mat, something shifted. I left that class feeling lighter, stronger, and quietly empowered—like I had unlocked something I didn’t even know I was searching for.
At 22, I followed an intuitive pull and traveled to India for the first of many deep dives into yoga at its source. What started as a curiosity became a lifelong study in mastering the mind, creative energy, and self-trust.
Now, after over a decade of studying the body and mind, I blend yoga, mindfulness, psychology, and embodiment practices to help others break through resistance, quiet self-doubt, and master their creative energy—so they can create, lead, and live with confidence and ease.
